Service Description
Book The Velvet Vine for up to 6 hours of seamless, elite bar service. I arrive fully equipped with everything needed to craft and serve your favorite drinks. From setup to cleanup, every detail is handled so you can enjoy your event stress-free. Includes: • Complete professional bar setup and cleanup (1 hour each) • Full bar tool kit and essentials (coolers, mats, towels, waste bags, ice bowls, etc.) • Standard ice and garnish station • Bitters • Classic bar napkins, cocktail straws, and garnish sticks • Curated drink menu • Alcohol consultation and pickup/drop-off coordination • Guest accomodation for up to 75 guests Note: An extra bartender is recommended for every 75 guests to ensure a smooth and timely experience. You'll have the option to select this add-on during the booking process.
Booking Policy
1. Booking Application: No payment is required to fill out this booking request. After you have gone through the booking process, you will receive an initial confirmation email. 2. Payment Process: Subsequently, within 24 hours, you will receive an email containing a detailed quote and a secure payment link for the requested services. Upon agreement of quote, the full balance owed is required to secure services for your specified date and time. 3. Booking Fee Deadline: The booking fee must be paid within [3] days of receiving the quote to guarantee the reservation. Failure to pay the booking fee within this period will result in the release of your reserved date. 4. Event Confirmation: Once the full payment is received, you will receive a final confirmation of services for your event. 5. Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel and receive a FULL REFUND for their booking up to [14] days prior to the scheduled event without incurring any cancellation fees. 6. Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled event will be subject to 100% of the base rate being non-refundable. 7. Force Majeure Exception: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or other force majeure events, both parties agree to discuss and determine an equitable resolution, which may include rescheduling the event without incurring additional fees. 8. Cancellation Procedure: Clients must notify The Velvet Vine of any cancellations in any form of writing as soon as the decision to cancel is made. The cancellation will be considered official once The Velvet Vine acknowledges receipt of the cancellation notice. 9. Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule the event up to 7 days prior to the initial scheduled event, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee of 50% of base rate may apply if requested within those 7 days. 10. Changes to Services: Any changes or additions to the services must be communicated and agreed upon at least [3] days before the event date. Additional charges may apply for last-minute changes depending on said changes. The Velvet Vine understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and I aim to work with my clients to find fair and reasonable solutions.
