I offer two shipping options for my clients.

The first is standard shipping, which typically takes 7-10 business days to arrive. The second option is expedited shipping, which usually arrives within 3-5 business days.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the artwork. We also provide tracking information for all shipments, so you can keep an eye on your order as it makes its way to you.

What should I do if I receive a defective order from SVNAH.ART?

If you receive a defective order, please DM immediately at SVNAH.ART or email s.hedges615@gmail.com with a picture of your order.

We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible. In most cases, we will replace the defective item or offer a refund.

Please note that we may require other documentation of the defect in order to process your request. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
